Wanda Jacobs

Wanda Lee Jacobs (Carr), 85, of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away at Indian Hills – A Stonebridge Community Saturday, January 16, 2021.

Wanda was born in Purdin, Missouri March 1, 1935 to parents Forrest Clarence and Virginia Iverene Lee Carr. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School. She married David Jacobs August 27, 1953 and he preceded her in death in 1995. Wanda worked as a waitress for many years at the Townhouse Restaurant.

Wanda also known as Wendy Wanda loved the outdoors and her gardens. Her flowers were he favorite hobby.

Wendy is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Jacobs; grandson, Duke Rooson.

She was preceded in death by her Husband David Jacobs; parents, Forrest and Virginia Carr;

Funeral services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
