Norma Toot

Norma Dean Toot, 91, of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away July 4, 2021 at Hedrick Medical Center surrounded by her family.

Norma was born in Lock Springs, Missouri November 25, 1929 to parents Ross Otha and Erma Illee Tiberghien Rader. She was a graduate of Wheeling High School. She worked as a school cook, office worker and her main job was being a house wife and mother to her children.

Norma loved spending time with her family.

Norma is survived by her children, Ronnie Narr and wife Vonnie of Meadville; Terry Narr and wife Sharon of Wheeling; Joy Narr Maberry and husband David of Meadville; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Pat Surber Holloway of Chillicothe.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Erma Rader; husband, Melvin J. Narr; one grandson; one granddaughter; sister, Peggy Littrell.

Calling hours will be Friday July 9, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at Wheeling Cemetery, Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
