Theo Slattery

    Theo Lucas Slattery passed away on October 9, 2025 in the loving arms of his parents. Born September 12, 2025 he knew nothing but love and care in his time on this Earth. He was a perfect soul taken too soon. His brief stay with us brightened the lives of those around him and enriched our love, friendships, and drive to be our best. We knew him as our son, our baby brother, and a happy addition to a loving family. Our time was short but his legacy and memory will echo with us along with our abundant gratitude for the time we had with him here. Our angel has returned to heaven.

    Theo is survived by mother Amanda Slattery, his Father Troy Seaman and nine siblings: Tyler Jacobs, Matthew Silkwood, Rachel Jacobs, Tristan Slattery,Trent Jacobs, Rebecca Slattery, Tucker Slattery, Trevor Slattery, and Aivree Seaman. 

    Theo will be forever cherished and remembered by his parents, siblings, grandparents, and everyone who knew him. It is never easy losing someone, but it is even harder when it is a child. Theo had a rough journey from the beginning but he was never without love. In the short time he was here he made a tremendous impact on every person who knew him, saw him, or even just heard about him. He may be gone but he definitely will never be forgotten and will live on in every person who ever knew him. We love you Theo. 

    Funeral services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on November 1st 2025 at 2pm.
