Terry Trent

    Terry Trent 74, Of Chillicothe, MO passed away on Sunday April 5th, 2026, at his home surrounded by family. He was born on March 11, 1952, to his parents Fred Roland Trent and Nealie May Salyer Trent.

    Terry married Hope Minnis on February 16th, 1980, at her mother’s house with family and friends all present to witness.

    He was a member of the Highviews Baptist Church. Terry was known to be a capable handyman. He would work on whatever came his way whether it be for work or as a favor to a friend. But he always loved to spend time with his family.

    Terry is survived by his wife, Hope Trent, their 4 children, Nicole Grady, William D. Hughes, Jeremy Trent, and Amy Hughes. Along with his 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

    He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Nealie Trent, and his brother.
