Saundra Eileena McLean, 60, of Chillicothe, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO.
Saundra was born December 25, 1955 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Gerald Edward Buchanan and Bonnie Marcella Ward Buchanan.
On August 28, 1979 Saundra married Johnny Wayne McLean in Wichita, KS. He survives of the home.
For several years Saundra worked as a waitress at the Country Kitchen in Chillicothe.
Saundra attended Highview Baptist Church in Chillicothe and her greatest joy was watching the grandchildren and spending family time together.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny McLean of the home; sons David Wright (Melanie) of Las Vegas, NV, Brian Wright (Christy) of Chillicothe, Joseph McLean (Natalie) of Excelsior Springs MO, and Andy McLean of Chillicothe: daughters, Kathy Young of Chillicothe and Cassandra (Cody) Wade of Chillicothe; several grandchildren.
Saundra was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Edna Buchanan.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Soul’s Harbor Church of God.
Burial will be at a later date.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe MO.
