Ronald Eugene Reeter, 55, of Chillicothe MO passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his home, under the care of his loving family.
Ronald was born April 23, 1961 in Chillicothe, the son of Raymond Everett Reeter and Ila Faye Dixon Reeter. He graduated from Chillicothe High School in 1979.
On May 24, 1981 Ron married Gail Ann Dysart in the United Methodist Church in Chillicothe. She survives of the home.
Ron farmed in the Chillicothe Area most of his life.
He enjoyed talking about the Lord to anyone he would meet, and he liked gardening and taking care of the livestock, but it was his absolute pleasure to spend time with his family.
Ron was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Chillicothe.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Reeter, son, Ryan Reeter and daughter, Rylee Reeter, all of the home; sisters, Beth Bail of Chillicothe and Michelle Cahill (Jeff) of Miles City MT; mother-in-law, Carol Dysart of Chillicothe; brother-in-law, Jerry Dysart (Tammy) of Chillicothe; four nieces and four nephews; a great niece and a great nephew.
Ron was preceded by his parents and many aunts and uncles.
Memorial in honor of Ron Reeter may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and left at or mailed to heritage Funeral Home 3141 N. Washington Chillicothe MO 64601. On line condolences may be left at www.heritage-becausewecare.com
There will be a visitation on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe
Any other services will be privately held by the family.
