Rex Wayne Reynolds, 78, of Chillicothe MO passed away January 17, 2017 at St. Luke’s Cushing Hospital in Leavenworth, KS.
Rex was born September 17, 1938 in Mooresville MO, the son of John Noah Reynolds and Lela Esther Tiberghien Reynolds. He was a graduate of Mooresville High School.
On July 8, 1956 Rex married his love of 50 years, Charlene O’Neal Russell in Mooresville MO. She survives of the home.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was a trucker for MFA Propane for many years.
Rex was a member of Chillicothe Masonic Lodge #89. He was an avid outdoorsman in his younger days and enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Charlene of the home; daughter, Kimberly Hlavaty of Liberty Mo; son, John Reynolds of Liberty MO; grandchildren, Anna Newsom, Addelyn Newsom, Rigdon Newsom, Luke Reynolds, Kenzie Reynolds, and Murphy Hlavaty; two great grandchildren.
Rex was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Dixie Reynolds; and a daughter, Angela Newsom.
There are no scheduled services.
