Patricia (Pat) Ann Clark, age 79, a resident of Hale, MO., passed away on Friday August 6, 2021 after a battle with Covid at St. Luke’s North in Kansas City, MO.
Pat was born the daughter of Robert (Burr) Wilkison and Lillie (Koehley) on December 5, 1941, in Chillicothe, MO. She went to school in Bedford, MO and later attended Hale High School, Hale, MO where she met and married Ronald Clark on Sept. 5, 1958.
Pat worked at Midwest Glove and Banquet Foods while raising their 4 young children. Later she was employed as a home care aide for several years and enjoyed working with the elderly. While living in Wheeling she served as the Mayor for several years and was known for volunteering Ron’s skills and knowledge for the betterment of the community. In 2002 they moved into their retirement home near Avalon, MO.
She enjoyed camping, fishing, flowers, gardening, watching and feeding birds, spending time outdoors, canning and baking and sharing her recipes. She loved a good sale of any kind. Pat also loved to crochet.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years Ron Clark of the home. Their four children, daughter Bonnie Moore and husband Montie of Chillicothe, MO., son Darrell Clark and wife Lisa of Meadville, MO., daughter Theresa Malone and husband Kevin of Meadville, MO., and daughter Kimberly Plaster and husband John of Manassas, VA. She enjoyed spending time with their 12 grandchildren Tabitha L'Heureux, Serena McCracken, Elizabeth Pacer, Michelle Meyers, Melissa Sherman, Sarah Rains, Brandon Plaster, Jacob Malone, Jessica Woehrle, Corey Adams, Erin Plaster and Morgan Plaster, time spent with their 20 great Grandchildren and their 2 great-great Grandchildren.
Her Celebration of Life will be Aug.19th at 6 pm at Heritage Funeral Home.
