Jimmie Moore

Jimmie Eugene Moore, 78, of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away at his home under the care of his family and St. Luke’s Hospice.

Jimmie was born July 16, 1943 in Chillicothe, Missouri to parents James Ercel and Honor Namoina Faubion Moore. He attended Chillicothe High School. Jimmie married the love of his life, Jeanne Marlene Pugh in Chillicothe, on May 9, 1963. Jimmie worked for Milwaukee Railroad, Soo Railroad and retired from the Canadian Pacific Railroad.

Jimmie was a lifetime member of the NRA. He loved to hunt, fish and watch old time western movies. He loved to spend special time with his family.

Jimmie is survived by his wife, Jeanne Moore of Chillicothe; daughter, Elizabeth Moore of Chillicothe; sons, Matthew Moore of Meadville; Montie Moore and wife Bonnie of Chillicothe; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Tommy Moore and wife Marsha of Chillicothe; Jerry Moore and wife Debbie of Branson; Ronnie Moore and wife Wilma of Chillicothe; sister, Rosalee Burns and husband Kenneth of Chillicothe; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Honor Moore.
