James Reynolds

James Allen Reynolds, 21, of Chillicothe, MO died July 8, 2012 as the result of an automobile accident.

James was born January 13, 1991 in Homestead, Florida the son of Ronald Wayne Reynolds and Kimberly Denise Smith Gilgour. He was a graduate of Chillicothe High School.

He was employed as a cook at Applebee’s restaurant in Chillicothe.

James enjoyed fishing, cooking and always helped with the house work and dishes, but most of all he was a truly amazing father.

He is survived by his daughter,  Paisley Mae Reynolds and fiancé, Sidni Huff of Chillicothe; his mother, Kimberly Denise Gilgour of Chillicothe; father, Ronald Wayne Reynolds of Tuscaloosa, AL; step-father, Darrell Gilgour of Chillicothe; maternal grandmother, Joan Gamblian of Homestead, FL; a sister, Jennifer Reynolds of Chillicothe; two brothers, Nicholas Reynolds and Ronnie Reynolds of Chillicothe; uncles, Chris Gamblian  and Dennis Smith of Chillicothe; three aunts, Kathy Denton of Columbia, MO, Theresa Stewart of Homestead, FL and Christine Uwate of Parker, CO; several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William Gamblian and his uncles, James and Allen Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO.


Burial will be at Mount Olive Cemetery, Chillicothe.

A visitation will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
