Hollis Coulthard

Hollis Doyle Coulthard, 77, of Wheeling MO passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016 at his home under the care of his wife and Three Rivers Hospice of Cameron.
Hollis was born September 19, 1939 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of John Henry Coulthard and Velma E. Straight Coulthard. He was a graduate of Des Moines Tech. High School and attended business school in Park City, MO
He worked in the office of Wonder Bread in Kansas City, MO, in Texas and in Salt Lake City, UT, and as a shipping foreman for the company.
On April 28, 1977, Hollis married his wife of 39 years, Fawn Rae Rasmusson in Ely, NV. She survives of the home. Hollis and Fawn attended the Baptist Church in whichever state they lived,
He enjoyed reading, playing chess, gardening, remodeling their homes and he liked helping Fawn with her quilting, he would cut and she would sew.
Hollis is survived by his wife, Fawn listed above; daughter Annette Robinson of Florida; 3 sons, Steven P. Speirs (Elaine) of Utah, Kenneth L. Speirs (Jessie) of Canada, and Ron Speirs of Salt Lake City, Utah; 8 grandchildren, Justin, Crystal, Kaz, Derek, Laci, Isaiah, Elling, and Gabe; 8 great grandchildren; brother Clyde C. Coulthard (Charlotte) of Marshalltown, Iowa; two sisters, Laquita M. Grinstead of St. Joseph MO, and Regina L Coulthard of Eagleville MO; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Darrel Speirs; brothers, Dale Alvin Coulthard and Almer Henry Coulthard.
Memorials in honor of Hollis Coulthard may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and left at or mailed to 3141 N. Washington Chillicothe, MO 64601. On line condolences may be left at www.heritage-beausewecare.com.
Private funeral services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe MO. And there will be a private burial.
