Frances Meek

Frances Isabelle Meek, 90, of Osborn, Missouri passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Frances was born February 05, 1931 in Maysville, Missouri to parents Hugh Albert Roach and Mary Lottie (Dabler).

Frances graduated from Maysville High School in 1949. Frances married Leith Ellwood Meek on March 16, 1952. She became a homemaker caring for her family and enjoyed working on her needle crafts in her spare time.

Frances was a member of the Willing Workers of Maysville, and the Baptist Ladies Group of Osborn Baptist Church.

Frances is survived by Mary Frances Meek, Osborn, Missouri; Margaret Leach (Keith), Hampton, Virginia; Bertha Meek, Osborn, Missouri; Michael Meek and Mary K, Osborn, Missouri. Eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren with one on the way. One sister Bertie Meek, Maysville, Missouri; one brother Jerome Roach (Sue), Liberty Missouri. Many Nephews and Nieces.

Frances was preceded by her parents, husband, Leith Ellwood Meek, son, David Meek, three brothers, and one sister.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Osborn Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Osborn Baptist Church.

Burial will take place at Osborn Evergreen Cemetery, Osborn Missouri.
