Doyle Eugene Barton, 79, of Raytown MO formerly of Harris and Princeton, passed away Friday, March 13, 2015 at Hidden Lake in Raytown MO
Doyle was born November 22, 1935 in Harris MO the son of Platte George Barton and Ruby Jewell McClaughlin Barton. He attended Harris schools.
On May 1, 1956 Doyle married Peggy Louise Sparks in Spickard, MO. She preceded him in death on March 23, 2004.
He was a Diesel Mechanic and worked for many years at Central States Trucking. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Doyle is survived by a son, Edward Barton (Lisa) of Lexington SC; daughters, Kimberly Martin (Robert) of Lexington SC, and Vicky Young (David) of Kansas City MO; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two brothers, George Barton (Wilma) of Independence MO and James Barton (Joan) Liberty MO; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Peggy; and a brother, Carroll Barton.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March17, 2015 at Harris Cemetery, Harris MO.
