Dean Robert Moore, 73, of Queen Creek, AZ formerly of Brookfield and Chillicothe, MO died Friday, July 30, 2010 at his residence in Queen Creek.
Dean was born September 15, 1936 in Purdin, MO the son of Earl Dean Moore and Pearl May Sprig Moore.
He was a military veteran, serving in the United States Army.
Dean married Carolyn Sue Williams on May 19, 1960 in Purdin. She preceded him in death on September 23, 2009.
He worked for many years as road master for the Burlington Northern Railroad.
Dean was a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Brookfield and the Brookfield VFW lodge.
He is survived by two sons, Edward Dean Moore and wife, Laura, of Lakeville, MN and James Edward Moore and wife, Christi, of Queen Creek, AZ; five grandchildren, Kelly Ann Moore and Allison Moore of Lakeville, MN and Ty Robert Moore, Colton Moore, and Brianna Moore of Queen Creek, AZ; 5 brothers, Evert Moore of Brookfield, Harold Moore of Pueblo, CO, Ernest Moore, Virgil Moore and Edwin Moore all of Purdin; a sister Frances Smith of Purdin.
Dean was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son and daughter; a brother, Lloyd Moore and two sisters Dorothy Hoselton and Hazel Gumpton.

There has been a cremation.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO
Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Brookfield, MO.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 13, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home
