Dean Miller Haywood

Dean Miller Haywood, Jr, Age 72, of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away in his home. Dean was born January 19, 1951 in Columbia, South Carolina to parents Dean Miller Haywood, Sr. and Barbara Ann Carlstrom. After high school his graduation, he went to University of Idaho and received his BA in education Moscow, Idaho. For many years he worked at a LazyBoy Furniture Factory doing Woodworking. After retiring from LazyBoy near Logan, Utah, He moved to Hale, Missouri in 1997. He then moved to Chillicothe, Missouri in 2015.

          Dean hobbies included being a regular at the local YMCA, woodworking, and remolding his home.

          Dean is survived by sisters Ruth (George) Rogers of Carrollton, Missouri and Lonnie (Dan) Jacobs of Crow Agency, Montana.

          Dean is preceded in death by his parents Dean M. Haywood Sr. and Barbara Haywood

          A private family funeral service will be held at a later date.

          Arrangements and services are under the care of Heritage Funeral Home.
