Davy Walker

     Davy Lee Walker born October 21st, 1929 in Chillicothe, Mo went to the Lord on August 11th, 2025 at the age of 95. His parents were Scott and Rose (Frasier) Walker.

     He lived most of his life in Chillicothe. The exception to this was his short time in Florida, California, and Las Vegas. He worked and eventually owned several restaurants through the years. As well as worked as a Driver Engineer for 18 years for the Chillicothe Fire Department.

     During this time, he also operated the Hurst business providing Hurst for the then three funeral homes, as well as a taxi services.

     Davy leaves behind four sons, Steven Walker of Sun City, AZ, Mark Walker and wife Pam of Frontenac, KS, Kevine Walker of Sedalia, and Dustin Walker of Edwardsville, KS. His daughter, Debbie Epperson of Republic, MO. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as two nephews and a niece.

     He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, a brother, and a daughter, Penny (Walker) Trent.

     A celebration of his life will be held October the 4th in Simpson Park.
