Cheryl Lynn Dennis

Cheryl Dennis 58, of Meadville passed away on Saturday July 29, 2023 in her home under the care of her family.

                Cheryl was born on February 24, 1965 to parents Wayne Eugene Hicks and Jacqueline Rose (Lee) Hicks. She graduated high school at Chillicothe High School. Cheryl married Ronald Lee Dennis on May 27, 1989 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She attended the Baptist Church of Meadville, Missouri.

                She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and watching them play their numerous sports. She was also an avid dirt track racing fan and rarely missed the races on Friday and Saturday evenings; she could be found working at the pit gate or cheering loudly from the stands for her favorite driver-her son.

                Cheryl is survived by her husband Ronald Lee Dennis, children Kalie (Clay) Fewins of Jamesport, Mo; Caleb Dennis of Meadville, Mo; grandchildren Keaton Norman, Carter Fewins, Kenton Dennis, Sisters Carol Wight of Chillicothe, Mo; Pam (Bill) Vogel of Lineville, Iowa; Tami (Kris) Steinbeck of Linn, Mo; Parents in Law Jim (Annetta) Dennis of Chillicothe, Mo; Brother in Law Bob (Linda) Dennis of Browning, Mo; Sister in Law Keri Dennis of Utica, Mo; Brother in Law Rick (Jessica) McClaughlin of Meadville, Mo; Sister in Law Jamy (Josh) Swam of Brunswick, Mo; Several nieces and nephews; Friends Barry and Karen Back of Henderson, Tx

                She is preceded in death by her parents Wayne and Jacqueline Hicks, Mother in Law Joanne McClamroch, Brother in Laws Dusty Joe Dennis, and Randy Dennis.

                Memorials in honor of Cheryl can be made to Heritage Funeral Home to help with expenses and can be mailed to or left at Heritage Funeral Home 3141 N Washington street Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.

                There will be a short prayer service at 6:00p.m. with a Visitation to follow till 8:00p.m. on August 3, 2023 at the Baptist Church of Meadville, Mo
