Bryan Richard Carmenati, 74, of Jamesport, MO passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, MO.
Bryan was born on October 17, 1938 in New London, Connecticut, the son of Joseph and Helen Trekocas Carmenati. He attended Connecticut schools and was a graduate of Hartford University.
He married Jokaye Trent on October 25, 1974 in New London. She survives of the home.
Bryan worked for many years as a Health & Safety Inspector in the meat packing industry, working as a consultant. He and Jokaye worked in several states before coming to the Jamesport area about ten years ago.
He was an avid jazz enthusiast and also played and gave lessons on the saxophone. He also enjoyed fishing.
Bryan is survived by his wife, Jokaye of the home; four daughters, Melissa Green and husband, Stephen of Overland Park, Kansas, Nanci Carmenati of Connecticut, Venisa Riebe and husband Rob of Connecticut and Audrey Carmenati of Okalahoma; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Pescatello and Marie Carmenati both of Connecticut; 9 nieces and nephews;
He was preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Heritage Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
A graveside service will immediately follow at 1:45 p.m. at Lock Springs Cemetery, Lock Springs, MO.
